Clear Home ("Clear Home," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on https://clearhome.pro, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.

When you submit a quote-request form or contact us, we collect:

• Email address
• Property address (including city, state, ZIP, and geographic coordinates if provided by your browser via Google Maps autocomplete)
• The service you're inquiring about
• Any project details you choose to share in the optional message field
• The page URL on which you submitted the form (for routing and follow-up)

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our privacy-first analytics tool record basic, anonymized request information such as IP address, user-agent, country, referring URL, and timestamps. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote request, schedule estimates, and follow up about your project
• Provide and improve our services
• Send transactional communications (e.g., appointment confirmations) you request
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our forms
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information to send marketing email beyond what is necessary to follow up on your inquiry.

3. Third-party services we rely on

To operate the site and process your inquiry, we use the following third-party services. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, and privacy-first analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (the lead-capture email that reaches our team).
• Google Maps Platform (Places API) — address autocomplete on our forms. Google may receive partial address fragments as you type. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. How we store and protect your information

Submitted form data is delivered to our company inbox at hello@clearhome.pro. We retain that data only as long as needed to serve you. We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and our email provider uses encryption at rest. We do not currently maintain a public-facing customer database.

5. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of further communication at any time

6. Children's privacy

This site is intended for property owners and decision-makers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
